David Rai

David has led Sparta Global through rapid growth and two private equity transactions (Key Capital Partners in 2017 and Inflexion Private Equity in 2020), with the company now standing at more than 1,000 employees and serving in excess of 100 organisations in the UK, Poland and Sweden. In 2019, David was named in the LDC Top 50 most ambitious UK business Leaders in The Telegraph and was awarded The Kings Award for Enterprise in 2024 and two commendations from HRH The Princess Royal at the 2021 Prince Royal Training Awards for Sparta Global’s exceptional commitment to training and development.
