RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. This includes:

British or Irish citizenship

EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status

Indefinite Leave to Remain or Permanent Residency

A valid work visa that permits full-time study and employment in the UK

Flexibility to relocate for training and deployment if required.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years of age or older at the start date of the programme.

This is due to legal and professional considerations. Our training involves advanced content and real-world applications designed for adults. This ensures compliance with UK employment laws and provides an appropriate learning environment for all participants

FULL-TIME COMMITMENT

Willingness and ability to commit full-time to the Skills-Camp for the duration of the course.

Flexibility to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, and activities.

Ability to prioritise the Skills-Camp over other commitments, such as full-time employment or ongoing education, during the programme.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PREFICIENCY

Proficiency in English is essential for effective participation.

Non-native English speakers may be asked to provide evidence of English language proficiency (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL scores).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Access to a reliable computer that meets our minimum technical specifications.

A stable internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and online learning platforms.

TECHNICAL APTITUDE

A basic level of technical aptitude or willingness to learn new technologies. Some programmes may require prior experience or knowledge in specific areas.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the training paid or unpaid?

The Sparta Skills bootcamps are unpaid, but entirely remote. However, if you storm through the course and show fantastic attitude and aptitude, you'll be considered for full-time employment with Sparta Global at the completion of your course. As a Sparta Global employee you will be able to access employment opportunities with our clients after a period of paid training.

Do I need tech experience or a STEM degree to apply for a skills camp?

Absolutely not. Our bootcamps have been built to give anyone with the attitude, aptitude and potential for success in a digital role the opportunity to learn skills ready for the workplace.

How do I get considered for a scholarship?

We know funding a bootcamp course can be difficult for those just starting out in tech, looking to return to work, or career change. Our scholarships are offered to the individuals who cannot fund training themselves - and there really are no further parameters! Simply apply above.

What happens if I don't like a course and want to quit?

We are hopeful you will love the training we have created, but if you do wish to drop out - you can! As a scholarship student you can let us know and drop off. Should you be on a paid-for course, take a look at our terms and conditions to familiarise yourself with our refund parameters.

Do I have to live near a Sparta Global head office to apply?

As of September 2022, all training remains remote!
