Benedict graduated ten years ago with an English Literature degree and spent the subsequent years working in Customer Service. After attending a DevOps bootcamp, Benedict hoped to transition into tech but struggled to secure any interview or job opportunities. Joining Sparta Global helped Benedict take the next step – employment, specialist training and a role with a large organisation that would give him the chance to make an impact.

Before deciding to pursue training in technology, Sabrina was working in a customer service role. After eight years she made the bold decision to change careers, first joining a software engineering bootcamp and then seeking to specialise and improve her employability with the Sparta Global Academy. Now working as a Business Analyst in the public sector, Sabrina has earned Spartan of the Month after eight months on assignment. Read her story.

After studying and working in healthcare, Janki craved something more – a career that could combine her interests in science, technology, and knack for problem solving. After a friend recommended Sparta Global, Janki joined the Sparta Academy. After successfully completing training and earning a role in the public sector, Janki has earned a Spartan of the Month nomination for her role as a Service Level Analyst demonstrating “exceptional initiative and enthusiasm”.

Natasha Fasanotti has always had an interest in technology, pursuing a degree in Computer Science to turn her passion into a career. But when it came to leaving university and picking a path - the options were overwhelming, unclear, and Natasha wanted to find an opportunity that could help her specialise in something that utilised her skills through and through. Joining Sparta Global in February this year, Natasha upskilled in test automation and is now an integral part of a mult-Spartan project team operating in the public sector.

When Ekaterina (Kat) McNeill began her Psychology studies at University, she wouldn’t have predicted a future working in Data and a successful career kickstart working in the public sector – but that’s exactly what Kat has achieved. In fact, her line manager told us how Kat got to grips with complex code with little to no documentation, worked out how to access data that was previously thought inaccessible, and modelled it through a workflow. Her skills have already made an impact on site and we can’t wait to see what Kat does next…
