Sparta Global supports The Living Wage, an independent movement of employers who believe a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. Find out more about our accreditation...
This accreditation means Sparta Global is an employer that pays the independently-calculated Living Wage rates to all its staff in London and the UK, and does not just abide by the government minimum. We are proud to be associated with the organisation as it furthers our ambition to be an inclusive employer that removes all percieved barriers to entry for people in technology.
Here at Sparta Global, we believe in giving everyone an opportunity to kickstart a digital career - regardless of their background. For many, their role with us will be their first in industry, but we believe everyone deserves a fair and considered salary that reflects hard work - and not simply experience. This is increasingly more critical when working with Spartans who may come from lower socio-economic backgrounds who do not have families or savings to support themselves in their early careers, when salaries can be low.
The concept of working hard to progress is instilled in our Spartan consultants during their training programmes, ensuring they are both diligent and driven as they enter the industry. It is a pleasure to reward this with above-average graduate salaries and clear pay progression across an individual's time with us.
We are committed to fostering equal opportunities in technology, and becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer is another way for us to progress our purpose-driven offering. It is imperative that technology talent reflects today’s society. That is why Sparta Global endeavours to work with diverse groups, who often come from disadvantaged backgrounds, by providing them with a consistent and comfortable wage.
