This accreditation means Sparta Global is an employer that pays the independently-calculated Living Wage rates to all its staff in London and the UK, and does not just abide by the government minimum. We are proud to be associated with the organisation as it furthers our ambition to be an inclusive employer that removes all percieved barriers to entry for people in technology.
