On his inclusion, David Rai comments; “It’s a privilege to be included in the 2019 cohort for The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders. It’s been an incredible journey growing the company to this point and I’m very excited about what’s still to come.”
Born from frustration around the IT skills shortage in the UK, Sparta Global was established by David Rai and CIO Tim Staton in 2014. Setting out to attract, train and cultivate the best digital talent, Sparta Global provides organisations with cross functional teams - with the relevant skills - to power short and long-term digital projects in a diverse range of industries.
Five years on and Sparta Global now works with more than 100 public and private sector organisations, is headquartered in central London - with training academies across the UK - and employs more than 300 staff.
“It’s fantastic to work with such a dedicated team at Sparta Global, and I’m confident that our strategy, focus and hard work will continue to help the business over-achieve on our targets,” David adds.
“We aim to train 500 Spartan consultants by the end of 2019 and will be opening more training Academies across the UK & Ireland to further bridge the digital skills gap and give more young people the opportunity to thrive in the technology industry.”
