Sparta Global has today achieved the Inclusive Employers Standard (IES) standard, the first hire, train, deploy company to secure the evidence-based workplace accreditation tool for inclusion and diversity.
Companies that aspire to receive the IES Standard undergo a rigorous certification process to provide evidence of their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) strategy, activity, and performance. Claiming to be a business with a social impact is not enough: the process entails providing a comprehensive portfolio of evidence of ED&I influence and impact across six key pillars: Engage, Equip, Empower, Embed, Evaluate, and Evolve. These responses are then used to measure inclusion and diversity within an organisation and assess the level of success.
The IES highlights to customers and communities that inclusion is integral to our organisation and that we understand the business case for ED&I. Sharing these values, Sparta Global joins just 63 other accredited organisations, including; The Bank of England, Cabinet Office, Invesco, Serco, Virgin Media, and Sony, among others.
This standard adds to Sparta Global’s credible reputation across technology as the most inclusive hire train deploy company in the UK, with the certification joining recent announcements of Sparta Global’s B Corp status and top 20 position as a social mobility employer in the 2023 Social Mobility Employer Index.
