Apply to take the first step in your new tech career. Successful spartans are hired on their attitude, aptitude and potential for success. You do not need a degree or to come from a STEM background, simply show us your passion for technology, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Apply and our team will be in touch!
The first 8-10 weeks of your employment will be 8-10 weeks of training in your chosen specialism. You'll join a group of like-minded proffessionals and complete learning pathways that promise to bring you up to speed on the key methodologies and technologies associated with your chosen area. Our training is led by industry-experienced trainers and you’ll benefit from our collaborative and inclusive Spartan community where you’ll be sure to build friendships for life.

After completing your training, you'll be assigned to work on a digital project with our client. We have Spartans working across more than 100 organisations within government, sport, media, finance, entertainment and more - and any one of these organisations could be the place where you kickstart your career!
Working as a Spartan will be exciting, fast-paced and incredibly rewarding, and our support doesn’t stop when you begin working on client site. Our dedicated Engagement coordinators will check in regularly to provide continuous access to pastoral and proffessional support. Continuous learning is also key to your success. Through our partnership with Udemy, we give all Spartans access to ongoing development and learning based on the careers they want to build.

Spartan contracts are 24 months. At the completion of this period - the next step is your decision. Most of our Spartans convert to permanent employees with the clients we have assigned them to work with, but you could also choose to remain a Spartan consultant (in a more senior role with increased pay), or look to secure a role in a new company.
