Understand the impact you make on the economy and society

Sparta ImpACT

Social impact business is smart business.

Building and measuring social impact will empower businesses to foster positive relationships with stakeholders, enhance reputation and sustain long-term business success.

Sparta ImpACT is a bespoke report offering for our clients that quantifies the action our partners are taking to make a social impact, contribute to the UK economy, and build social value. Using the Impact Evaluation Standard (IES) reporting framework, Sparta ImpACT scores client activities and metrics to bring to life the difference they make.

How do we measure impact?

Sparta ImpACT scores are generated in line with the Impact Evaluation Standard (IES). We use a bespoke technology platform to then calculate our social value outputs in line with the IES.

The IES includes 130+ metrics to measure social value in financial terms. It sets out specific financial proxies to quantify social Impact. Each metric carries a specific proxy value, which reflects the impact of that activity on the wider UK economy.

The Impact Evaluation Standard is aligned with the UK government’s Social Value Model (PPN06/20).

Sparta ImpACT scoring will tell our clients:

The total value they have generated for the economy by hiring from Sparta Global’s diverse community

The number of employment opportunities they have generated for emerging talent, people from under-represented groups, and people who were previously at risk of unemployment

How many hours of training, mentoring and support they have given to Spartans

The number of on-the-job experience hours Spartans have had as a result of their hiring
